View all FAQs
Is Wush GDPR compliant?

Using Wush does not automatically make your organization or campaigns GDPR compliant. Wush provides controls that support your privacy work; your organization determines the lawful basis, notices, provider arrangements, retention, and response process appropriate to its use.

Where is my data stored?

Storage locations depend on the hosting and services configured for your Wush deployment. Your connected SMTP provider and the configured AI provider may also process data. Review the Privacy Policy and contact the team for details about your deployment.

How does Wush process personal data?

Wush uses the contact and campaign data you provide to organize audiences, prepare drafts, send approved messages, and display delivery reports. AI drafting sends the information included in that request to the configured AI provider. Sending shares recipient and message information with your SMTP provider. Campaign messages currently include an open-tracking image; open counts are approximate.

What tools help with contact rights?

Account settings provide a workspace export and account-deletion control. Contact management helps you keep records and statuses current. You remain responsible for handling individual requests across Wush and connected services. Account deletion does not recall sent emails or automatically remove every provider-held copy.

Do you share data with third parties?

Configured hosting and processing services support Wush. When you use AI drafting, request data goes to the configured AI provider. When you send email, recipient details and message content go to your connected SMTP provider. Review the Privacy Policy and your providers’ terms for the applicable processing details.

How can I learn more?
