Terms of Service

These terms describe the responsibilities that come with using Wush, the email operations service provided by REKSIDE LLC.

Last updated: September 20, 2026 · REKSIDE LLC

Your agreement and account

By creating an account or using Wush, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity performed through your account. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Wush provides

Wush helps you import and organize contacts, prepare campaigns, review email drafts, send through your configured SMTP provider, and examine delivery reports. Available features and usage limits depend on the service configuration and any plan you select. An account does not guarantee email delivery, inbox placement, recipient engagement, or a particular business result.

Your contacts and content

You retain your rights in the information and content you provide. You authorize Wush and its service providers to process that information as needed to operate the features you use. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload contact information, request AI processing, and send messages. Respect recipient preferences, applicable marketing requirements, and valid requests to stop receiving messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wush for spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, malware, unlawful harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not upload information you are not entitled to use, evade sending or account limits, access another customer’s data, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your campaigns, recipients, and sending practices comply with applicable requirements and your email provider’s rules.

AI drafts, approval, and sending

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review names, facts, claims, links, and recipient details before approving a message. You remain responsible for the content you approve and send. Pausing or cancelling a campaign does not recall email that has already been delivered or handed to an email provider. Reports, including open measurements, may be incomplete or approximate.

Third-party services

SMTP, AI, payment, and optional profile-image providers operate under their own terms. You are responsible for accounts and permissions required for the services you connect. Provider failures, restrictions, or policy changes can affect Wush features. Our Privacy Policy explains the principal data flows involved in those features.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

If you purchase a paid service, review the price, billing interval, usage limits, and renewal information shown before completing checkout. You authorize the charges you approve there. Manage subscriptions through the billing controls available in your account. Do not assume that deleting campaign data or ceasing use cancels a subscription. Applicable mandatory consumer rights continue to apply; these terms do not create a separate refund guarantee.

Availability and account closure

Service interruptions and changes can occur. Keep copies of information important to you and use the account export feature when needed. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, security threats, unpaid charges, or legal requirements. You may stop using Wush and use the available account-deletion controls, subject to billing and retention restrictions described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility, changes, and questions

Wush does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated content is suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Review the current terms before continuing to use the service, and use the contact page for the available route to raise questions with REKSIDE LLC.
